Ticket Cancellation/ Refund Policy

• Tickets that are cancelled more than 72 hours from departure are fully refundable
• Tickets that are cancelled within 48 up to 24 hours from departure are 50% refundable or may be moved to a later date
• Tickets that are cancelled 24 hours up to departure time are not refundable but may be moved to later date at our discretion and availability
• Tickets of non shows are not refundable but may be moved to a later date at our discretion and availability
• In case of mechanical problems in our boat prior to departure all the tickets of the day are fully refundable and if any are moved to a later date are entitled to a 25% discount
